Oh golly I've got soooooo much editing to get through. What a busy week, and its no where near finished yet.

This little 6 weeker is Poppy who will feature in an upcoming issue of Kiwiparent Magazine.

Best friends

Little 2 year old Rose has a lot of friends. Her lovely Mum won this session through my facebook page by loading an adorable photo of Rose in the snow, and asking friends to vote.

As the family will be relocating to Australia soon it was a great chance to  get some photos taken of Rose and her best best friend Sammy.

Despite nearly getting blown away and frozen to death the girls were absolute champs and we had an awful lot of fun down at Avalon Park (home of my favourite blue wall in Wellington!)

Sammy's little brother wanted to  get in on the action too! 

The series above captures Rose's expressions when she sees Sammy's car coming in! Soooo cute!

The shot on the right instantly inspires a silent rendition of 'the ants go marching one by one' in my head. Go figure.

All About Kids Expo

Heres a little look at my display on the Parent's Centre stand at the All About Kids Expo this weekend. I'm so proud to be involved with the Parent's Centre, photographing for Kiwiparent magazine. Some of my film favs from yesterday, shot on Porta VC 400, these digital versions are scanned from prints so unfortunately are not looking their best.  Pretty cute though aren't they =)

A day at the ducks

I'm not allowed kids yet (my husband says so), so it's pretty lucky that I can hijack these two sometimes. This morning we went to Avalon Park to feed the ducks and to be a train (choo-choo!). Such a cool spot for photos, especially on a gorgeous sunny day.
I took along a newly inherited film camera and popped off a roll of Porta VC - I am very much looking forward to seeing the result tomorrow (ah the thrill of film! its like christmas eve!). Stay tuned!
